Looking for a new firm? Consider the differentiators

by The 100 Companies

When you’re exploring new firms for your practice, deciding which opportunity to choose can be quite challenging. In your due diligence process, I recommend considering three differentiators that many firms do not offer:

– The firm values customer service, and will give you the support AND flexibility necessary for success.
– The firm provides you opportunities to grow your business, including recruiting and acquisition of tax practices.
– The firm provides access to pre-IPO investment opportunities at private companies for qualified clients.

I would suggest thoroughly vetting the unique differentiators of each potential firm.  You want your next move to be your last.
